The GPR 91 Double-Barrel Conversion is an barrel attachment featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. It was added as part of the Season Six update.
The attachment is available exclusively for the GPR 91 and when equipped, the attachment gives the GPR 91 the ability to fire two shots at once, while at the cost of lowering the fire rate and increasing the recoil. This also has the additional downsides of doubling the ammo consumption alongside locking the weapon of using any Muzzle attachments.
While the attachment gives a technical damage boost, the individual damage of a singular shot is instead lowered; so while both shots hitting will incur a higher damage than having no barrel attachment, missing with a single shot will have a 30% decrease in power.
