Private (later Corporal) Goldberg was a soldier who fought with the 2nd Ranger Battalion at Pointe Du Hoc during World War II. Not much is known about Goldberg except that he was on "Pointe Du Hoc" and he helped the player's squad capture Hill 400. He uses an M1 Garand. During "The Battle for Hill 400", he was wounded and is seen in the communications bunker. He is last seen fighting alongside the player's squad in Wallender, Germany.
