Template:Infobox/soldier Goriss was one of the men in the Dutch Resistance group along with De Leeuw, Janssen, Smits, Van de Berg and Van Dyke. They saved James Doyle after his B-17 Flying Fortress had been shot down over the Netherlands, their leader being Major Ingram (it is unclear whether Ingram was already a commanding officer of the SAS by the time of this mission). After Doyle joined their group, they continued their raid and succeeded in blowing up a train bridge, vital to the German war effort.
