Gulag was a planned multiplayer map in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, but was scrapped. It is thought that this map would've been based on the "The Gulag", a single-player mission in the game.
There is a video on YouTube that shows the load screen [Gulag.BIK]. When the game starts up, it goes to a black screen and says "ERROR Map mp_gulag was unable to be found!" then brings the player back to the Multiplayer screen.
