For a similar scorestreaks, see Orbital VSAT and H.A.T.R..
For a similar killstreak, see SR-71 Blackbird.

The H.A.R.P. (High-Altitude Reconnaissance Plane) is a Scorestreak featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Call of Duty: Black Ops 6.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War[]

"High-Altitude Reconnaissance Plane that shows both enemy position and direction on the mini-map."
— In-game description.

The H.A.R.P. was added to Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War as part of the Season One update. The H.A.R.P. was also added in Call of Duty: Warzone as a reward from the Ground Fall event during the first week of Season Four.

In Black Ops Cold War, the H.A.R.P operates as a Spy Plane with constant coverage for the entire 30 seconds it is active, as well as showing the direction each enemy is facing. Users of Ghost will be detected by the H.A.R.P even while moving and controlling a scorestreak, unlike the Spy Plane. The scorestreak may also be locked on and attacked by the SAM Turret, shot down by launchers, taking five Cigma 2 missiles or destroyed with the Air Patrol scorestreak, making it significantly weaker than previous versions of the streak.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6[]

"High altitude recon plane reveals enemy position and direction on the minimap in real time."
— In-game description

The HARP returns in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6.
