Hakan Pala, also known as Demir, is a character featured in Call of Duty: Mobile and was added in the game on August 26, 2021 as part of the Season 7: Elite of the Elite Battle Pass. [1] Demir also appears in the Comics, first as an associate of Price, and later part of the Marshal's posse.
Biography[]
Demir first appears in the Season 7: Elite of the Elite comics, where he resolves a hostage situation by killing all of the gunmen present, despite the threat of the hostages being executed. Following this, he meets with Captain Price and Charly, greeting him as "Lieutenant". Price corrects him, saying he's now a Captain. Demir then discusses a matter with him, Price needing a scout familiar with a certain terrain, and wonders if he will be interested. Price tells him that he's going to be very interested.
Demir is later shown to be accompanying Price’s team to Blackout along with the rest of the UAC operators, comprising of Rosa, Simon "Ghost" Riley, Gary "Roach" Sanderson, John "Soap" MacTavish, Alex Keller, Mace and Charly. During the infiltration, Demir comments that he should’ve asked for more money.
As they move in further, they barely manage to avoid gunfire when they break down a cracked wall. They then stumble upon Hidora Kai, who’s apparently waiting for them. After some taunting, Price & his team move in to attack. Demir attempts to shoot Hidora, but he instead gets shot on his shoulder. This prompts Rosa to lunge at Hidora, she disarms him of his gun but gets slashed in the cheek by his sword.
Demir isn't seen again until much later, he becomes a part of the Marshal's posse to patrol Atlas Corporation's exclusion zone, together with Killgore. to hunt Alias, Deadman and Ether. When a firefight breaks out, Demir is seen thrown off the tank he is on by a fleet of drones that Ether's group had summoned. Afterwards, he is apprehended along with Killgore and the Marshal after they are subdued by Deadman.
Wyatt "Bulldozer" Jones would later invite him and Killgore into La Sous Terre.
Sometime later, Demir and Killgore would meet up with Ghost and Zoe Serrano in Rio Mercado, Honduras and prepare themselves to go with them to France. In the Pyrenees mountain range, Demir and Killgore would take out two guards on a bridge, allowing Ghost and Zoe to infiltrate the Monastery. Afterwards, Demir and Killgore would see Atlas Warbirds begin to approach the area. To which Demir states "Something isn't right". The two would then fight off Atlas troops while proceeding to the coordinates provided by Ghost.
