The Hand of Ouranos is one of the four Primordial weapons and a wonder weapon featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. It can be obtained on the map Ancient Evil.

The Hand of Ouranos will shoot a three small bursts of wind that auto-target, which will blow zombies away on contact. With the Redeemed and Exalted Hand of Ouranos, the player can hold the fire button to create a constant whirlwind in front of them, blowing away a huge area of zombies.
Fallen Hand[]
Step 1[]
In order to obtain the Hand of Ouranos, the player must first locate a Dormant Hand around the map, which the Oracle will provide a cryptic clue to a location of one when visiting her after activating the Sentinel Artifact. The player will know the Dormant Hand is there when they can see a small part of the map that is producing purple particles. Once the player finds this part, melee the area, and the weapon will be shown to pick up. The hints and locations are as follows:

The next hints are located on the other half of the map, where Pack-A-Punch is:

Step 2[]
Once the player obtains a Dormant Hand, the player must bring it to the Shrine of Ouranos in the Center of the World and place it on the shrine. The player will be condensed in a small circular barrier and must survive until the barrier disappears. The Fallen Hand of Ouranos can now be grabbed from the shrine.
Redeemed Hand[]
Step 1[]
Once acquiring the Fallen Hand of Ouranos, there are three large arrows around this side of the map the player needs to find. One in the Center of the World, one near the Cliff Ruins near a box location, and one in Python Pass, next to the Shrine of Charon. The player will need to launch a zombie with the Fallen Hand so that their body hits the arrow. Once the player hits the arrow, a small blue feather will emerge from it. The player needs to use the Fallen Hand and shoot the feather twice so that it can stay in the air and float towards the Shrine of Ouranos. The player will know that a feather is completed when the arrow they shot at breaks and falls.
Step 2[]
Once all three feathers make it to the Ouranos altar, a portal will open up there for the player to enter. Once they do, the player will be teleported to a small arena. Here the player will be given the Redeemed Hand of Ouranos and unlimited ammo. The player will need to survive for a certain amount of time before being teleported back. Once they do they will now have the Redeemed Hand of Ouranos.
Exalted Hand[]
Step 0[]
To start obtaining the Exalted Hand of Ouranos, make sure to first have the Redeemed Hand of Gaia, Redeemed Hand of Hemera, and Redeemed Hand of Charon.
Step 1[]
The player will need to light the Eternal Flame by completing Trials and claiming an Epic and Legendary reward.
With the Eternal Flame lit up, the player must pull out Apollo’s Will and melee the Eternal Flame to make the spear catch on fire. Going outside to the left of the Eternal Flame and looking up the player will see a large bowl on top of a pillar. The player will need to aim slightly above the top of the bowl and throw a spear to light the bowl on fire.
Step 2[]
The player needs to kill a specific Catalyst Zombie in the circle at each Shrine. The kills are as follows:
- A Fire Catalyst at the Shrine of Gaia
- An Electric Catalyst at the Shrine of Hemera
- A Poison Catalyst at the Shrine of Charon
- A Water Catalyst at the Shrine of Ouranos
Once the player has killed a catalyst at a Shrine, they will need to get zombie kills near that Shrine to collect souls. The player will need about ten and will know when they're done once souls stop going into the Shrine.
Step 3[]
The final step is to take one of the Hands and go interact with Pack-A-Punch to initiate the Primordial God’s Challenges. Unlike upgrading to the Redeemed Hand, the player doesn't have unlimited ammo, but can use their full arsenal. There are four challenges the player must complete, but they will be teleported back to the map after completing each one. The Challenges are as follows:
- Challenge of Gaia:
- Kill a whole bunch of Catalyst Zombies.
- Challenge of Ouranos:
- Kill a whole bunch of skeletons.
- Challenge of Hemera:
- Kill three Genenees’
- Challenge of Charon:
- Kill three Blightfathers.
After completing the Challenge of Charon, the player will then be able to Pack-A-Punch any Hand, bringing it to its Exalted form, and increasing ammo and damage.
