Heavy Hitter is a Weapon Perk which causes increased stun to enemies when struck by melee. It is available in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and a Kit in Call of Duty: Vanguard.

When hit with a weapon with the perk equipped, the victim will suffer a brief Flashbang-like screen flash, as well as having their point of aim knocked upwards.
