• Outside the map there are two stationary goats that can be found using Spectator. They both wear beanies and one can be seen standing atop a dead Cow.
• If a player looks long enough at one of the trees across the river, they will see a cloaked Predator from the Predator film series momentarily.
• The setting of Hill is very similar to the terrain of the Georgian-Russian Border, the location where Roach and Simon "Ghost" Riley were killed by Shepherd in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.
