Hunter Killer is an Epic Gun Perk in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. It highlights enemies on low health to the player as well as removing the sniper rifle glint. It only appears on the Epic variant of the EBR-800 sniper rifle, the EBR-800 Osiris.
Hunter Killer once only allowed the player to highlight enemies on low health, however this was changed to also removing sniper rifle glint in the February 3rd, 2017 patch[1].
