Hussein Patel[1] was a former Winslow Accord operative and was the demolitions specialist of Black Ops team Phi. He appears in the Call of Duty: Black Ops III prequel comic and is mentioned in Call of Duty: Black Ops III.

On their first mission, Patel provided covert cover to John Taylor, Eamon Xu and Dylan Stone whilst they sourced weapons for the mission.
