The Island is the beginning area for the Dead Ops Arcade.
Overview
It is surrounded by water and is a very open in space, allowing players to run around a lot and to see where zombies are coming from. The island is littered with palm trees and overturned boats. It is possible to swim into the water, but the player is stopped by an invisible barrier if they swim too far out. While swimming, the player is unable to shoot. The zombies here are very weak, and will not take very long to kill. Players stay on the Island from rounds one to four. A bonus room can be found within the Island.
