The JAK Limb Ripper is an Underbarrel featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III as part of the Aftermarket Parts system. It was added as part of the Season Two update.
It gives the equipped weapon a one-hit melee, but if used in its dedicated underbarrel mode, acts as an extremely short-range shotgun, dealing damage with every hit on an enemy, requiring two hits to fully kill them when they're at full health.
