The JAK Voltstorm is a conversion kit for the Stormender launcher featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III as part of the Aftermarket Parts system. It was added as part of the Season Six update.
The kit converts the Stormender to charge up a short-range blast of electricity, this blast will kill all enemies within its hipfire cone. This charge, while taking approximately half a second, can be held indefinitely until the gun is fired or holstered.
