"Jae Xiong? Nobody's seen him in years."

- Danny Li

Jae Xiong is a character featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops III. He was an Enforcer for the 54 Immortals prior to the Singapore Disaster.

History[edit | edit source]

Not much is known about Jae Xiong other than the fact that he was one of the 54 Immortals' Enforcers. He specialized in a killing tactic known as the "Denial of Reincarnation", which involved the brutal murder of someone. In 2046, following the murder of 54i leader Goh Cheung by his bodyguard Hyun Jian, Jae Xiong took care of Cheung's two young children, Goh Min and Goh Xiulan, acting as their mentor during their youth.

In 2048, Xiong killed Jian and allowed the two children to become the leaders of the 54i; Xiong remained by their side until June 2nd, 2060, when Jae Xiong was selected to be one of the test subjects of the Coalescence Corpoation's DNI project and was kidnapped to be part of the program. However, the system glitched out, creating an unstable AI known as Corvus, which causes the facility to go critical. As several scientists tried to flee, they accidentally release Nova 6 into the lab, killing everyone in the lab, including Xiong.

Sometime later, the remains of Jae Xiong are discovered by Dylan Stone and his team, who eventually find out the truth about the CIA's involvement with the Coalescence black project. Enraged by this, Dylan and his team go to a CIA Black Station located elsewhere in Singapore, where they use Xiong's Denial of Reincarnation to brutally murder the staff. The bodies of the staff are later found by Taylor and Hendricks.
