Johaan Van Graan is a character mentioned in both Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Specialist HQ and the Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 comic.
Biography[]
Van Graan is a self-styled warlord who took over Kerk "Ajax" Rossouw's gang. In the final page of the comic, Ajax says he's "Done hiding" to one of Van Graan's soldiers, suggesting that Ajax wants his revenge.
