Kill or Capture is the second mission featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II.

Plot[]
Soap and Ghost, alongside with MARSOC Marines, were deployed to Al Mazrah after intel reports shows that Hassan Zyani, the major of Iran's Quds Force and a terrorist leader was spotted there.
Soap and Ghost alongside with Bravo Team of the MARSOC Marines landed first, then they began to push to the designated target. However, the team changed direction after Razor-1 was shot down by a missile fired by an Al-Qatala soldier, they pushed to clear the building where the missile was fired from, and then reinforce Alpha Team. As the crash site was being secured, Ghost heard noises from the distant treelines, he knew that it was Al-Qatala coming back, which prompted him to tell the Marines to get their guns ready. The team then engaged Al-Qatala reinforcement with fire support from Kilo 0-1, eventually, completely clearing the site of Al-Qatala soldiers.
Then, Soap, Ghost, alongside with the two squads of the MARSOC Marines then pushed to the building where Hassan is located. There, they were pinned down by sniper fires, which prompted Ghost to call for fire support on the building from Kilo 0-1 again, clearing it of snipers alongside with destroying it. Soap, Ghost, and the Marines then advanced into what's left of the building, there, Soap found Hassan's jacket and the flag of Quds Force, but no sign of him.
One of the Marines then spotted Al-Qatala's movement in a warehouse near the destroyed building, which prompted Ghost and Soap, alongside with the rest of the Marines, to investigate it. There, they found a container with an American ballistic missile. Ghost then reported to Laswell that Iran has American missiles, which made Shepherd told him to repeat his last.

- In the warehouse at the final section of the mission, the player can find a laptop with an Infinity Ward logo on it.
- When clearing building 3, in one of the room, the player can encounter a suicide vest Al-Qatala soldier, who unsucessfully tries to denote his vest after being injured. If the player stand there long enough, the Al-Qatala soldier will die and Soap will remark: "Thanks Christ for shitty bomb makers."
