The Konni Captain is a minor antagonist featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II.
Biography[]
Ambush on Shadow Company[]
On August 12th, 2022, the Konni Captain and his forces were sent by Vladimir Makarov to ambush a Shadow Company convoy in Al Mazrah transporting three American ballistic missiles intended for American allies fighting Russia in the Middle East. After Konni neutralized the transports, the captain ordered his men to double-tap the bodies of the Shadow Company operatives in the event some were feigning death.
The captain soon found Shadow Company operative Dipaolo lying on the ground and a nearby radio broadcasting a conversation between Phillip Graves and General Herschel Shepherd. The captain took the radio while Dipaolo tried to warn Graves of the situation, though the captain personally executed Dipaolo with a shot from his rifle. With the area clear and the missiles in their possession, the captain immediately ordered his men to move out.
