Lambert was a member of Shadow Company, a squad member of Butcher Seven. He was sent along with Vinson to investigate the loss of contact with Disciple Five. While he is never directly identified he is most likely one of the Shadow Company soldiers seen leaving the cave in the beginning of the level after the player enters the cave, meaning that his weapon is either a SCAR-H or an ACR. His fate is unknown.

Trivia

• Lambert is also a randomly generated name for a US Army Ranger in S.S.D.D. or Wolverines!. It is speculated, given Shepherd's betrayal, that he is the same man and was one of Shepherd's men the whole time.
• Vinson and Lambert could be the two soldiers with searchlights you kill at the bottom of the stairs, just before Price kills the guard at the top of the stairs.
• Lambert is most likely named after Infinity Ward Engineer Chris Lambert.
