Lieutenant Lehmkuhl(leh mc ull) appeared in the Invasion of Foy level. He hops the fence with the tanks, so we assume he is part of the 11th Armored. He is telling us about how the tanks are going one by one, and then he is hit by a sniper. No one talks about him throughout the game.
