The Loitering Munition is a Killstreak and Scorestreak featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III. It was added as part of the Season Four update.
When activated, the player marks three locations where the MQ-9 Reaper drone can dispense its payload. Once marked, the aircraft flies in and circles around the map, awaiting for the enemy to concentrate within the selected areas. When it detects enough enemy players, it signals the user to call in an attack to that position, strafing it with its mounted rocket launchers. Marked positions do not appear in the player's minimap or HUD, so they must be aware of which areas were marked before calling in a rocket strike.
