Lovesong for a Deadman is a song featured in TranZit, as well as being featured as the twenty-sixth track in the Treyarch Call of Duty Music Anthology, Vol. 1. It plays during the loading screen and in the Diner area. It was written and performed by James McCawley. A distorted version of it can play in Alpha Omega, and a different rendition of it is used as the death song on Alpha Omega as well. It has a runtime of 2:38.

The song returned as a small easter egg in the Campaign mission Separation Anxiety from Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, where it can be heard coming from a floating car in the Intro section.

The song was also used in a promotional teaser video for the Zombies mode of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7.
