The Loyalty Personalization Pack is a personalization pack for Call of Duty: Black Ops III. It is only accessible if the player had a Call of Duty Account with at least one console connected before November 5, 2015 at 9:00 PT and had hit certain milestones in the previous three Call of Duty titles: Level 10, Level 31, and Prestige of a minimum of once.
