The Mangler Helmet is an item in Call of Duty: Black Ops III on Gorod Krovi. It can be found on a mannequin in a building alongside the Valkyrie Drone Hat. However, only one can be equipped at a time. When used, the player gains the following traits:
- 30% damage increase to Russian Mangler Soldier.
- 50% damage reduction from Russian Mangler Soldier.
In order to obtain the helmet, the player has to:
- Shoot off the helmet on five Russian Manglers.
- Shoot off the arm cannon on five Russian Manglers.
