The Margwa Head is an item that can be acquired in the map Shadows of Evil.[1] It gives the player protection from the Margwa's slam attack, and appears on the player's head.
To obtain the Margwa Head, the player must take the train ride to the Footlight district. While riding the train, one must shoot down all Six Margwa Hearts along the way. If even one is missed, the ride will have to be taken again. The Hearts will respawn once another ride has been started. Once done, the Margwa Head will spawn and can be picked up.
It can spawn at the following locations:
- On the balcony on the third floor of Ruby Rabbit
- On a table in Nero's Landing
- Under the lockers in The Anvil Boxing Arena
- On the stage in the Black Lace Burlesque
