Matt Scronce is the Design Director at Treyarch. Matt started working on the Call of Duty franchise as a Multiplayer Production Assistant for Call of Duty: Black Ops.
In March, 2025, Matt was promoted to Design Director. On September 8th, 2025, Matt started a series at Treyarch known as "Dev Talk", where he alongside other developers talk directly to the players on changes, concepts and things to expect in future games and updates.
