The Messerschmitt Bf 109 (or Me 109) is a fighter aircraft that served the German Luftwaffe during World War II.
Call of Duty: United Offensive[]
BF 109s first appear in Call of Duty: United Offensive in the mission Bomber, where they attack Sgt. Doyle's B-17 Flying Fortress. The player is tasked with defending their bomber from being shot down.
In the Russian Campaign Bf-109s can be seen flying overhead in Kharkov Outskirts.
Call of Duty 2: Big Red One[]
In Call of Duty 2: Big Red One they reappear in the mission Liberators, the player takes control of the ball gun turret on a B-24. Again the player is attacked by numerous flights of Bf-109's, after the mission in completed the BF 109 is unlocked in the bonus materials.
Call of Duty: Roads to Victory[]
the player will take control of the front turret on a B-24 in the mission Lucky Thirteen, player will be attacked by over 150 Bf-109s, the player not only has to keep the bomber from being shot down, but also has to escort the lead plane.
Call of Duty: World at War[]
The BF109 was originally going to appear as the Carpet Bomber killstreak for the Wehrmacht, but it was scrapped during development.
Call of Duty: WWII[]
Campaign[]
The BF 109 appears in the mission Battle of the Bulge, where the player flies a P-47 Thunderbolt and has to defend B-17s from attacking Messerschmitts.
Multiplayer[]
it appears in the War Mode map Operation Husky as the playable aircraft for the Axis Powers during the plane section. It is also used in the mode Dogfight.
