Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II[]
- Originally, the in-game subtitle refers to Mila as "West Female MilSim Operator" instead of her actual name. This was fixed following the Season Six update.
- This issue persisted into Modern Warfare III, until the Season Two Reloaded update.
- The icon of Mila's default skin originally did not feature her shades, which is present on the actual skin and other promotional materials. The icon also depicted a Lockwood Mk2 on Mila's back, in a similar position as Roze and Vega. Following the Season Six update, the icon was modified with the shades being added and the Lockwood Mk2 being removed and replaced with the Fennec 45 "Shadow Cheval" blueprint.
