Minefield is a multiplayer game mode featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III. It was added on May 1st, 2024 as part of the Season Three Reloaded update.
Taking place on the modes Kill Confirmed, Hardpoint and Domination, Minefield uses the same rules as the modes stated, however, when a player kills an enemy, that enemy drop a Proximity Mine. That Proximity Mine is considered friendly for the player who killed the enemy, alongside their team, and cannot be picked up.
