The Model L has no Wall Buy locations, however it can be found in any map and in the majority of rarities via the Mystery Box for 950 Essence or one can be brought as the starting weapon via the Loadout system, but at Common rarity.
When upgraded either by the Pack-a-Punch Machine or via Aetherium Crystals, it becomes the Lead Lizzie. The Lead Lizzie gains increased damage, a doubled magazine capacity and an increased reserve capacity of 480.
