Plot[]
The mission opens with Troy Marshall and Felix Neumann disguised in a Police SWAT Truck, observing both Case and Sev's undercover mission to infiltrated the Capitol Station to rescue Russell Adler from the D.C. black site that was located underneath the building, where a political event that took place at, which was attended by Senator Jack McKenna and his Wife Miriam McKenna, and Governor of Arkansas Bill Clinton.
Case then disguised as a photojournalist for Washington Telegraph, under the name of "Jess Burke", and proceeded to enter the building after the brief check by a security guard. He would encounter Jane Harrow, about to exit the building. Although she is confused why he is at the event, she warns him that Langley summoned a team to track down Case and his team, where Langley's team might be watching during the event. Harrow also informed him that Daniel Livingstone will eventually bury Case alive if he was spotted, with Harrow later leaving the building soon after talking to him.
Case eventually finds Sev at table fourteen, who is already in the building, as she told him to take a picture of McKenna, who was at the stage along with his aide Anne Johannsson and Governor Bill Clinton. She later gave the Gaia map to Case, which has several options marked by Sev to get McKenna's retinal scan. How Case obtains McKenna's retinal scan is dependent on which option is picked.

- In the campaign reveal, Case was initially armed with an XM4 instead of the AS VAL.[1]
- Within the restricted areas of the mission, a closed Little Caesars can be found.
