Nakagawa Haru is a character featured in the Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 comic.
Overview[]
Nakagawa Haru is a corporate engineer who was brought in by the Egyptian government to get their aquifers back up and running. Sometime during the 2030s, Nakagawa was taken hostage for ransom by Nile River Coalition soldiers in Cairo. Instead of paying the ransom, Nakagawa's corporate bosses called in some favors for the state department instead.
In the comic, Ruin and Jessica Mason end up rescuing Nakagawa from NRC captivity on a covert ops mission.
