An unidentified male News Caster is heard at the end of "Down The Rabbit Hole" in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. He is only heard at this point in the game, announcing the Russian President Boris Vorshevsky's return to Moscow, America and Russia will start to begin 'peace talks' and Vladimir Makarov's status.
