- "Uh... uh... that's a- that's a German roadblock! What now?"
"Gee I don't know, how about you try shootin' the bastards!"
- — Elder and Sgt. Moody
The level begins as Sgt. Moody, Pvt. Elder, and Pvt. Martin drive along Route N13 when they come under fire from German troops. Martin and Elder fire back, and Moody continues driving until they find their way obstructed by a German roadblock. Moody takes a right turn and the car cuts across a field until they find another roadway, where a German convoy is passing by. They escape, but are pursued by German soldiers in Kübelwagens. A long chase ensues, with Elder and Martin eliminating the pursuing Germans. They drive into a nearby town, continuing along the road and shooting at the enemy until a Tiger I blocks their path. Moody hurriedly backs up, narrowly avoiding being hit by the tank's cannon. Driving into a dead end, Moody backs the car up rapidly and crashes into a Kübelwagen.
Their car destroyed, the three take cover in a house which they clear of German soldiers. Now safe from the tank, the soldiers go out into the streets and continue until they find a house and garage in which they find a Kübelwagen. Elder begins to hotwire the car while Martin covers him with an MG42. When Elder is finished, the three drive away under fire from more Germans. As they exit the town and reenter the highway, the tank appears and fires at them. Elder drives very quickly even once they are a safe distance away from the enemies, and has to be told by Moody to slow down. They take a right at an intersection and continue to a manor house where several American paratroopers stand guard outside. Once they come to a stop, Moody tells the two privates that he is going to deliver the report to Maj. Sheppard and that Martin and Elder need to stay with the car. An exhausted Elder rests his head on the steering wheel and follows Moody's order.
