- The current leader of Omega Group who was assigned to the organization under the orders of Chairman Chebrikov.

- The right-hand-man of Kravchenko and the Tactical Operations Lead of Omega Group.
Psychotronics[]
- Doctor Aleksandra Valentina (formerly, K.I.A.)
- A high-ranking member of Omega Group and the organization's Lead Scientist of Psychotronics Research. In truth, her real name was Angelika Hannabelle Vogel, daughter of Doctor Ulrich Vogel. It was revealed that she used her position within Omega Group to help achieve her father's plan, Operation Baldr. She would later be killed by the Requiem strike team after a climactic battle in Berlin.
- Doctor Natalya Zarkova (formerly, K.I.A.)
- A member of Psychotronics Research who reported directly to Valentina and a key contributor to the Aetherium Neutralizer's creation. She would later attempt to defect from Omega Group to Requiem, but would be killed by Jager.
- Andrea Brzezinska (formerly, K.I.A.)
- A research assistant in Psychotronics Research who reported directly to Zarkova. She would later attempt to defect from Omega Group to Requiem, seeking to give them valuable intel regarding Valentina, but would be killed by Jager before extraction.
- Jakob Kaminski (formerly, K.I.A.)
- A research assistant in Psychotronics Research who reported directly to Zarkova. He would later attempt to defect from Omega Group to Requiem, seeking to give them additional intel regarding Valentina, but would be killed by Jager before extraction.

- A defector from the United States Department of Defense who joined Omega Group as the organization's Lead Scientist of Exoscientific Phenomena Research.
- Doctor Dietrich Schultz (formerly, K.I.A.)
- A member of Exoscientific Phenomena who reported directly to Peck and assisted him in the development of the Reality Inversion Warheads. He would later attempt to defect from Omega Group to Requiem, but would be killed by Jager before extraction.
- Doctor Hanna Kovacs (formerly, K.I.A.)
- A member of Exoscientific Phenomena who reported directly to Peck and assisted him in the development of the Reality Inversion Warheads. She would later attempt to defect from Omega Group to Requiem, but would be killed by Jager before extraction.
Necro-Analytics[]
- Doctor Hugo Jager
- The Research Lead of Necro-Analytics within Omega Group. He would go undercover amongst the Omega Group defectors seeking to defect to Requiem and kill them all, leaving behind a trap that would result in Requiem's strike team being captured by Kravchenko and his forces.
- Marek Cherneski (formerly, K.I.A.)
- The Records Manager of Necro-Analytics. He would later attempt to defect from Omega Group to Requiem, seeking to provide information on the secret Necro-Analytics department, but would be killed by Jager before extraction.
Weapons Development[]
- Doctor Dimitri Kuhlklay (K.I.A.)
- A scientist responsible for the creation of the RAI K-84 who is constantly rebuked by Peck, resulting in a growing rift between the two. He was later infected and turned into a zombie during the fall of Outpost 25.
- Doctor Horvath (K.I.A.)
- A scientist who looked up to Kuhlklay and supported his endeavors with weapon development. She was later infected and turned into a zombie.
- Doctor Marina Vengerova (formerly, K.I.A.)
- A member of Weapons Development who assisted Peck in the development of the Red Soldier Mechanized Armor. She would later attempt to defect from Omega Group to Requiem, but would be killed by Jager before extraction.
Tactical Operations[]
- Captain Sergei Ravenov (formerly)
- A highly-regarded operative from Spetsgruppa Alpha who was transferred to Omega Group. Secretly, he served as Samantha Maxis' contact within Omega Group up until the fall of Operatsiya Inversiya, where he was disavowed and marked as an enemy of the state by the KGB for his betrayal.
- Lieutenant Orlov (formerly, K.I.A.)
- A Lieutenant who was volunteered to reactivate the cyclotron particle accelerator within the Projekt Endstation facility. He was killed during the successful reactivation and turned into a Megaton, though he would be revived by Requiem operatives, who he aided in destroying the cyclotron before perishing once again from the subsequent overload.
- Lieutentant Kazakov (K.I.A.)
- A member of the Omega Armored Division who operated a Krasny Soldat mech during Dark Aether expeditions. He was later infected and turned into a zombie, while his suit was replicated and reworked by unknown forces within the Dark Aether.
- Officer Medvedev (K.I.A.)
- An officer who was volunteered to assist Orlov in reactivating the cyclotron. He was killed during the successful reactivation.
- Officer Kustov
- An officer who teleported a dozen goldfish through Outpost 25's teleporter that subsequently merged into a single, homogenous blob.
- Officer Filipov (K.I.A.)
- An officer who abused his position to mistreat his Aethernaut work force comprised on conscripts. He was later infected and turned into a zombie.
- Efreitor Adrik Fedorov (K.I.A.)
- A soldier sent to the Dark Aether to harvest Aetherium. He would become lost within the dimension, and eventually mutate into a Tempest.
- Private Oleg Gusev
- A private who was banned from teleportation for an unknown reason.
- Private Pashkov
- A private who became the first successful test subject of Omega Group’s teleportation system.
- Private Johnsonov
- A private mentioned by Peck in his feedback of the RAI K-84's blueprint.
- Private Glaskov (K.I.A.)
- A soldier who was lost in the Dark Aether for over a month. By the time he was recovered, he had been transformed into a Mimic that was later killed when it escaped captivity.
- Markin (K.I.A.)
- A soldier who witnessed a secret meeting between Kuhlklay and Valentina and questioned what to do with this information. He was later infected and turned into a zombie.
- Lukov (K.I.A.)
- A soldier who planned to sell Aetherium on the black market to make a profit behind Omega Group's back. He was later infected and turned into a zombie.

- A scientist working under Peck at the Ural Mountains Outbreak Zone. He was caught off-guard and killed by a Demented Echo while going to the bathroom.
