The Operator Reflex Sight is an optical attachment featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Call of Duty: Mobile, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III.

The Operator Reflex Sight is available to all weapons that can accept attachments, except the sniper rifles, the X16, the 1911 and the M19.
In the campaign mission Old Comrades however, an X16 with an Operator Reflex Sight and a suppressor is uniquely available in the crate provided by Nikolai.

The attachment returns in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III as the XRK On-Point Optic. It is available after getting the Bryson 890 to level 5 in Modern Warfare II or through Armory Unlocks in Modern Warfare III. It can be equipped on all weapons that can accept attachments.
