Outpost[1] is a multiplayer map in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.
The map is suggested to take place in a NATO military compound in Antarctica.
The opposing factions are Delta Force and the Spetsnaz.
Survival
In Survival it is a tier 3 map and has the difficulty of Hardened.
Trivia
- On the crane near the open area, there is a plaque stating that the base is the "Infinite States of Ward Arctic Research Center" and having a picture of the continent Antarctica.
- Although this map is not based on any singleplayer mission in Modern Warfare 3, it may be based on the mission Cliffhanger from Modern Warfare 2.
- There is a teddy bear in the top room of the large tower. It can only be seen when spectating or in Theater Mode.
