Overdrive is a multiplayer game mode featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. It was added on January 28th, 2025 as part of the Season Two update.
Overview[]
Functioning like the Havoc mode seen in previous games, players are tasked with getting eliminations, following standard Team Deathmatch rules, with eliminations rewarding stars garnering various player enhancements. The player can earn stars via the following:
- 1 Star - Basic eliminations towards the body.
- 2 Stars - Kills that reward a Medal.
- 3 Stars - Kills that reward a Distinguished Medal.
The player can earn enhancements via the following:
- Awakened Senses (1 Star) - Can see enemies through walls and replenish health after getting an elimination.
- Physical Enhancements (3 Stars) - Increased movement and reload speed.
- Augmented Handling (6 Stars) - Improved hip-fire accuracy and improved sprint-to-fire and ADS speeds.
