- "PBR's here!"
- — Bowman at the end of The Defector.
The PBR is a military boat featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops and Call of Duty: Black Ops 4.
Call of Duty: Black Ops[]
Heavily used in the Vietnam War, the PBR featurs an M2 Browning Machine Gun and an M60. It appears in the levels The Defector and Crash Site. After the regrouping of NVA forces in Hue City, a T-55 tank arrives and attacks US forces. The helicopters cannot extract the player's team, so they send a PBR to extract them.
A few levels later, in Crash Site, the player gets control of a PBR armed with an M60, as well as Bowman and Woods providing fire support with M202 rocket launchers. There is also a radio playing Sympathy For The Devil by the Rolling Stones.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4[]
A PBR appears in the Blackout mode of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. A Police variant appears in the Hot Pursuit game mode.
Trivia[]
- This is the first vessel to be controlled by the player in Call of Duty (Although the player uses a PT Boat in Call of Duty: United Offensive, they do not control the ship's movement, only its cannon).
- If the player dies while controlling the PBR in "Crash Site", the song in the ship will be reset, regardless of the player's position.
