The PPSh-41 Helical Mag is a magazine attachment featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. It was added on September 4th, 2025 as part of the Season Five Reloaded update.

The attachment is available exclusively for the PPSh-41 and when equipped, enables an overheating meter when the weapon is firing. When equipped at base form, it is given 300 rounds with a full overheat taking 32 rounds.
