Paranoia is a perk featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 on Blackout mode and a Tier 1 Perk in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. It is similar to the High Alert perk from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and the Perception trait from Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.
