- "In Search and Destroy Heist, you can earn money to enhance your firearms."
- — Description.
Payout Search and Destroy is a variant of Search and Destroy featured in Call of Duty: Mobile.
Gameplay[]
Payout is similar in concept to games such as Counter-Strike: Global Offensive or Counter-Strike 2 and Valorant, where at the beginning of each round, players buy weapons and equipment. It also lasts longer than a standard Search and Destroy match, up to 13 rounds (with 7 rounds to win.) All players start with an MW11, a knife, and 500 Credits to spend in the shop for the first round. Every 5 rounds, roles exchange and players reset, losing any weapons, equipment, and spare credits.
At the beginning of every round, players are able to buy equipment with the credits earned from the previous round. Payout is the only mode that features armor (which can be bought), adding up to 50 extra health. Players can also purchase lethals and tacticals, able to keep one lethal and two tacticals. Players can also purchase weapons from their custom weapon classes.
Players earn credits by performing various actions (e.g. killing enemies, planting/defusing the bomb) and can earn bonuses at the end of each round (such as a bonus for consecutive round wins or losses.)
Players are also restricted to having a dedicated Primary and Secondary slot. Players cannot exchange a secondary for an additional primary. The same rule also applies to primaries and secondaries. The MW11, or other sidearms bought to replace it, are considered primaries until a proper primary is acquired.
