Phi

Phi was a covert Winslow Accord Special Forces team formed in 2058 to carry out wetwork missions. It remained active until 2064, when it was disbanded following the defection and deaths of Dylan Stone, Javier Ramirez, Alice Conrad and Joseph Fierro.
