Pi Studios is a video game software developer based in Houston, Texas. The company was founded in 2002 by Robert Erwin, John Faulkenbury, Rob Heironimus, Dan Kramer and Peter Mack. The company moved from their original location in Plano, Texas, to Houston, Texas, in January 2005.

Their first commercial work can be found in Activision's Call of Duty: United Offensive. They have also contributed to Call of Duty 2.

In November 2005, they released Call of Duty 2: Big Red One. Work on that project was done jointly with Activision's internal studio, Treyarch. This led to Call of Duty 3 in October of 2006, developed jointly with Treyarch. They followed that with the CoD3 Bravo Map Pack, downloadable via Xbox Live.
