Characters Special Agent Grigori "Greg" Weaver is one of the non-playable characters in Call of Duty: Black Ops and is voiced by Gene Farber. He is part of the CIA the squad in the mission "WMD". The callsign for his squad during "WMD" is Kilo-1. He also appears in the mission "Numbers" alongside Jason Hudson as the two torture Dr. Daniel Clarke. He loses his left eye during "Executive Order" after Lev Kravchenko gouges it out. Later, it is revealed that he and Hudson are the ones interrogating Alex Mason. read more • more characters

Weapons The China Lake is first used in S.O.G. in a tunnel area near the part with the mortared out forest and is later used on a jeep while destroying tanks. It is also seen in the mission Crash Site when in the crashed plane fuselage, with Woods questioning why the Russians would be using American weapons, and in the first weapons cache in Numbers. The China Lake in singleplayer has a 4 round clip, unlike in multiplayer and zombies where it only has a 2 round clip. read more • more weapons • camouflages

Levels Crash Site is a single player level in Call of Duty: Black Ops. The player controls Alex Mason as part of the SOG to search a downed Soviet cargo plane for Nova-6. After making their way through to the downed Soviet cargo plane, they search for Nova-6 and find it's an ambush. Mason and the rest of the team pick up sniper rifles to defend themselves, but the plane is hit by an RPG and the cockpit Mason is standing in disconnects from the plane, plunging to the field below. Mason survives, and watches as his teammates' bodies are dragged away, before being knocked out again and captured. read more • more levels

Maps Kowloon is a multiplayer map in the upcoming First Strike map pack for Call of Duty: Black Ops. It is to take place in the city of the same name. It introduces a completely new feature for Call of Duty multiplayer, ziplines which can be used to quickly transverse the map from point A to point B, but the user is completely exposed and unable to use weapons while using them. read more • more maps

Military Assistance Command, Vietnam- Studies and Observation Group (also known as MACV-SOG or SOG) was a highly classified, multi-service United States special operations unit which conducted covert unconventional warfare operations prior to and during the Vietnam War. Other

The freedom to design the playercard has caused some controversy, due to the designs available, and many offensive, lewd, or otherwise inappropriate emblems have sprung up, ranging from swastikas to likenesses of genitals and animals fornicating. Treyarch has stated that they control this with bans, temporary and permanent, from using the Emblem Editor, and reseting the emblem, including any layer and design purchases. read more
