- James Doyle along with Major Ingram and the Dutch Resistance fight their way to the train bridge, and James Doyle, with the permission of Major Ingram, destroys the bridge while the train was crossing.

- Pvt. Vasili Ivanovich Koslov trains with his comrades right before the attack on Moscow.

- Pvt. Martin goes through training at Camp Toccoa, Georgia, USA.
August 17th
- Pvt. Miller is saved by Carlson's Raiders and successfully destroys the Japanese military base on Makin Atoll. Alex Mason's father earns the Purple Heart during the operation.
September 17th
- Pvt. Dimitri Petrenko escapes the fountain massacre in Stalingrad and meets up with Sgt. Reznov. The two escape from a German patrol, and meets with an attacking Soviet force. Pvt. Dimitri Petrenko finds and kills General Heinrich Amsel, and escapes. Sometime after, he was most likely rescued and returned to the Red Army (plausible, since he would be captured by the Germans a little before the next level).
September 18th
- Pvt. Alexei Ivanovich Voronin and his comrades are attacked by four MG-42s. While the Red Army charges the Red Square, Pvt. Alexei Ivanovich Voronin sneaks in a building and snipes the German spotters.
September 20th
- Pvt. Aleksandr Sokolov crosses the Volga into Stalingrad. He then takes a refinery under the command of Sgt. Oleg Puskov. Under the orders of Lt. Tanya Pavelonva, he leads the charge up Mamayev Kurgan taking the hill.
October 3rd
- Lt. Tanya Pavelonva, along with Pvt. Aleksandr Sokolov, navigates through Stalingrad's sewers to reach a tractor factory. Lt. Tanya Pavelonva provides sniper fire to protect the building and the T-34 inside. The tank crew led by Lt. Nikolai Badanov reaches the factory and the group escapes.
- While repairing the T-34, the Russian squad comes under fire from German forces.Lt. Tanya Pavelonva is wounded but carried to safety. Lt. Nikolai Badanov is ordered to take back Red Square. Lt. Nikolai Badanov gives a radio to the forward observers allowing a Katyusha rocket strike to destroy an approaching German Panzer column.
October 29th
- Sgt. John Davis and the 7th Armored Division create a diversion by blowing up crates in order to get important documents.
- Sgt. John Davis and the 7th Armored Division repel the enemy attacks and escape.
November 3rd
- Towards the end of Operation Supercharge, Sgt. John Davis and the 7th Armored Division break through the enemy line by using the tanks as cover. Sgt. John Davis finally radios the high command to tell them that the mission was a success.
November 6th
- A day after Operation Supercharge,Sgt. John Davis along with the 7th Armored Division defeat the Germans at El Daba, Egypt. Sgt. John Davis retrieves the important documents and radios to the navy to destroy the German cargo ships.
November 8th
- Pvt. Roland Roger lands with the rest of his squad in Oran to take an airfield from Vichy French forces.
- Airman "Stretch" Roger participates in a bombing raid on an oil refinery in Tunisia.
November 9th
- Jr Sgt. Alexei Ivanovich Voronin goes through the sewers of Stalingrad to meet up with Yakov Pavlov at an apartment building that is being occupied by German soldiers. Jr Sgt. Alexei Ivanovich Voronin and the Red Army assault and defend the apartment building from enemy tanks.
December 2nd
- Pvt. Vasili Ivanovich Koslov and the Red Army fight their way past Red Square to demolish a building that is occupied by enemy soldiers.
December 8th
- Pvt. Vasili Ivanovich Koslov is given the task to repair the communication wire while under heavy fire.
- Pvt. Vasili Ivanovich Koslov and the Red Army take over the railroad station in Stalingrad.
December 24th
- Maj. Nikolai Badanov leads an attack on a Luftwaffe airbase in Tatsinskaya as part of Operation Little Saturn. The attack destroys much of the resupply aircraft to the 6th Army in Stalingrad, as well as capturing the airbase.

- Pvt. Vasili Ivanovich Koslov and the Red Army assault the center of Stalingrad and defend it against waves of German soldiers.
- Tank Commander David Welsh and the 7th Armored Division tanks battled enemy tanks and flanked the Flak 88 guns in Libya.
January 22nd
- Edward Carlyle's unit of the PPA destroy a German fuel depot in Matmata, Tunisia.
January 23rd
- Edward Carlyle and Sgt. Bob Starkey are ambushed by German troops near Ksar Tarsine. They escape and reinforce a unit trying to capture a German fortresses and rescue Pvt. Allen Rowe and Sgt. James Dehart.
February 13th
- Pvt. Roland Roger rides a Stuart Light Tank during the drive into Tunisia.
February 19th
- Pvt. Roland Roger and his squad are attacked by the Afrika Korps during the Battle of the Kasserine Pass. His unit manages to hold off the counterattack, while escorting an engineer unit to disarm a German minefield, and recapture an artillery emplacement.
February 22nd
- Pvt. Roland Roger and his squad defends the town of Kasserine from a German assault until American medics leave the area, then fall back.
March 10th
- Sgt. John Davis and the 7th Armored Division barely escape the city of Toujane in an enemy armored car while picking off Panzerschrecks.
March 11th
- Sgt. John Davis and the 7th Armored Division retake Toujane by taking over the most important sectors and defeating the German forces that occupy the city.
March 30th
- Sgt. John Davis and the 7th Armored Division assault the town of Matmata and defeat German soldiers occupying the city. They then defend the town from Ju-87 "Stuka" dive bombers.
July 4th
- Pvt. Yuri Petrenko and the Red Army defeat Wehrmacht soldiers and blow up Elefant tank destroyers on the front-line during the Battle of Kursk.
July 10th
- Pvt. Roland Roger and his squad lands in Sicily and assaults Italian positions on the beach, moving inland where they rescue an isolated unit of paratroops in the town of Gela.
July 11th
- Pvt. Yuri Petrenko and the Red Army fight their way to a tank factory in Ponyri and destroy a German Panzer and another Panzer that attacks them at the factory.
- Pvt. Roland Roger and his squad moves up to reinforce paratroops at Piano Lupo. Pvt. Roland Roger single-handed destroys eight Panzer IV tanks of the Herman Goering Division. Pvt. Roland Roger coordinates naval gunfire to destroy approaching Tiger tanks. For his actions Pvt. Roland Roger is promoted to the rank of Corporal.
July 12th
- Sgt. James Doyle along with Major Ingram, Hoover, Luyties, Denny and Moditch destroyed the lighthouse and the battery guns on Sicily, and also disable the German communications equipment ad well as finding important documents. Sgt. James Doyle and Major Ingram are the only SAS members able to get away.
- Pvt. Yuri Petrenko is transferred to the 2nd Guards Tank Division and they head to Prokhorovka.
August 5th
- Cpl. Roland Roger and his squad fight in the Battle of Troina. Pvt. Denley is killed in action.
August 22nd
- Pvt. Yuri Petrenko and the Red Army fight and defeat the Wehrmacht forces in the heart of Kharkov.
- Pvt. Yuri Petrenko and the Red Army assault the train-yard in Kharkov while battling attacking Ju-87 "Stuka" dive bombers.
September 18th
- Pvt. Derrick Warren and the 82nd Airborne Division recaptures Altavilla, Italy from the Germans.
1944
May 16
- Danny Trejo is born in Los Angeles, California, USA.
June 5
- At 2330 hrs, Pvt. Martin is the only one from his division to be dropped near Sainte-Mère-Église. He then sets up a beacon that he took from Sgt. Heath. Pvt. Martin then fights through a pair of houses to reach the destination point.
June 6
- At 0012 hrs, Pvt. Martin and the 101st Airborne Division assaulted Sainte-Mère-Église minutes after landing near Sainte-Mère-Église, and they then escaped from the German forces at 0712 hrs on that day.
- Sgt. Jack Evans and the 6th Airborne Division land near Pegasus Bridge and fight off German forces on the afternoon of that day.
- Cpl. Bill Taylor and the 2nd Ranger Battalion ascend the cliffs of Pointe-du-Hoc. The 2nd Ranger Battalion finds and disables coastal guns, and holds off German forces until reinforcements arrive the next day.
- Pvt. Martin and the 101st Airborne Division fight their way to Brécourt Manor and destroy a Flak 88 gun that seemed to have been the one bombarding Utah Beach.
- Cpl. Roland Roger lands on Omaha Beach with the rest of the 1st Infantry Division. Breaking through, Cpl. Roland Roger eliminates enemy mortar and artillery emplacements.
- Pvt. David Ferguson and the 82nd Airborne Division attacks the Germans to get transportation to Sainte Mere Eglise, France.
- Pvt. Jonathan Shepherd and the 82nd Airborne Division's gliders crashes near Carentan, France. They regroup and take the town.
June 7th
- Cpl. Bill Taylor and the 2nd Ranger Battalion successfully defend Pointe-du-Hoc and retreat to the trenches to hold off the German forces until extra support arrives.
June 11th
- Sgt. John Davis and the 7th Armored Division eliminate enemy mortars and rescue American POWs at Beltot, France.
June 12th
- Sgt. John Davis and the 7th Armored Division capture the crossroads of Anctoville, France, 17 miles east of Caen, and the town of St. Louet.

- Sgt. John Davis and the 7th Armored Division defend their position against a German counterattack at Amaye sur Seulles, France.
July 14th
- Cpl. Bill Taylor and the 2nd Ranger Battalion fight their way to Beaumont-Hague. They successfully eliminate German mortar teams in the area.
July 19th
- Pvt. Nichols helps the 29th Infantry Division capture St. Lo.
July 22nd
- Major Ingram, Cpl. Keith, and Sgt. James Doyle land near Touchy, France. They regroup and meet up with a French Resistance group and eliminate German Flak 88 positions.
July 26th
- Pvt. Nichols and his squad attacks and eliminates German positions in St. Germain allowing the Allied advance to continue.
August 1st
- In a night attack, Pvt. Cole's unit attacks the German lines, knocking out an artillery battery as well as taking and holding an industrial complex against German counterattacks.
August 5th
- Pvt. Nichols and his squad crosses the Maynne River by boat to secure the bridge before the Germans blow it. Sgt. Frank McCullin bravely disarms the bombs on the bridge but is killed in the process.
August 7th
- Pvt. Martin and the 101st Airborne Division assault the Chateau, killing every German soldier and rescuing Capt. Price, who then gave the 101st Airborne Division information on where Major Ingram is being held.
August 8th
- Pvt. Bohater's Polish unit moves out from St. Aignan-de-Cramesnil, France and engages the enemy. Their tank encircles and destroys a Tiger II tank commanded by The Black Baron.
August 9th
- Sgt. James Doyle and the combined SAS/French Resistance team attacks and destroy a German fuel plant near Autun, France. Major Ingram however is captured during the escape.
August 11th
- Pvt. Nichols' squad moves through the Foret d'Ecouves, clear the way for 2nd Battalion. The unit successfully destroys multiple German strong-points and roadblocks while under heavy fire.
August 14th
- Pvt. Cole and his squad crosses the Laison River and takes out German positions on the other bank allowing the Allied advance to continue.
August 18th
- Pvt. Nichols' squad capture the crossroads at Le Bourg-St.-Leonard, from the Germans.
August 20th
- Near Les Ormes, France, Sgt. James Doyle and Cpl. Keith, alongside the French Resistance, successfully rescue Major Ingram and three other Marquis prisoners. During the defense of the safehouse, Isabelle DuFontaine is killed in action.
- Lt. Robichauld, along with Sgt. Callard, and Pvt. Cole rescue trapped Canadian tankers in a tavern in St. Lambert, and hold the town off from multiple German counterattacks. Sgt. Callard is killed while setting off the explosives to destroy a German Tiger II. Sgt. Callard is put in for the Victoria Cross and Pvt. Cole is promoted to Corporal.
- Pvt. Bohater along with his Polish tank crew hold off several German attacks on Mt. Ormel (Hill 262), until relieved by Canadian forces. Fellow tank crewmen Kowalski and Rudinski, as well as the Canadian Pvt. Baron, are killed in the process.
- Pvt. Nichols with the rest of his squad fight desperately in Chambois to prevent the Germans from escaping the Falaise Gap. Pvt. Guzzo is wounded and Sgt. Dixon is killed in action while saving him.
September 2nd
- Sgt. Jack Evans is sent on a sabotage mission to disable the AA guns on and near Eder Dam.
- Sgt. Jack Evans, Waters, and Capt. Price make it to the nearest airfield after Waters blows up the wooden bridge. At the airfield, Sgt. Jack Evans uses a Flakvierling 38 to destroy attacking Ju-87 "Stuka" dive bombers.
- Cpl. Roland Roger fights off German forces with his squad in Maubeuge, France.
September 4th
- Cpl. Roland Roger joins Sgt. Glenn Hawkins and his squad in a patrol of Mons in Belgium. The unit lands in an ambush and holds out for support. They are ordered to destroy Flak 88 emplacements. Sgt. Glenn Hawkins is injured and possibly killed in action.
September 14th
- Cpl. Roland Roger, Sgt. Stephen Kelly, and Cpl. John Jackson Smith take part in a mission to destroy a series of German trenches on Crucifix Hill near Eilendorf Ridge, Germany.
September 15th
- Pvt. C. Miller lands with the rest of his squad on the island of Peleliu. Sgt. Sullivan is killed by a Japanese soldier. Cpl. Roebuck is promoted to sergeant. Pvt. C. Miller then takes the Japanese airfield, as well as eliminates enemy mortar crews attacking American tanks.
September 16th
- Pvt. C. Miller and his squad attack Japanese positions on The Point, eventually entering the cave network and eliminating the heavy gun crews.
September 17th
- Flight Officer Paul VanAtta and the Eight Air Force bombs Nijmegen, Netherlands.
- Cpl. Micheal Dabrowa and the 6th Airborne Division fights their way to the bridge in Arnhem.
September 18th
- Pvt. Martin and the 101st Airborne Division rescue Major Ingram from Dulag IIIA in Austria.
- Cpl. Micheal Dabrowa and the 6th Airborne Division defends the Arnhem bridge from the Germans.
September 19th
- Sgt. Gerald Miller and the 82nd Airborne Division assaults Nijmegen, Netherlands and destroys Flak88 positions in Hunnerpark.

- Pvt. Jason Wescott and the 82nd Airborne Division crosses the river in Nijmegen to secure a bridge.

- Cpl. Riley and the 101st Airborne Division fend off wave after wave of German soldiers and tanks, and are relieved by Allied tanks and planes.

- Cpl. Riley and the 101st Airborne Division rescue Allied prisoners and ambush an enemy convoy.
January 9th
- Sgt. Sam Rivers leads an attack that captures the town of Tillet, cutting off the German assault on Bastogne.
January 13th
- Cpl. Riley and the 101st Airborne Division assault the town Foy and destroy a Flak 88. Pvt. Riley disables the Tiger tank and takes out the Panzerschreck team and destroys an enemy tank in the barn.
January 15th
- Pvt. Martin and Cpt. Foley assault a German bunker complex to gather documents on a V2 launch site.
- Cpl. Riley and the 101st Airborne Division assault and defend Noville from incoming enemy tanks and half-tracks.
January 17th
- Jr Sgt. Alexei Ivanovich Voronin is promoted to the rank of Sergeant and reassigned to the 150th Rifle Division, and sent to Poland, where Sgt. Alexei Ivanovich Voronin helps capture key German tank repair facilities in Warsaw.
January 19th
- Cpl. Roland Roger's squad takes the town of Bucholtz and breaks through the Siegfried Line. Pvt. Bloomfield is killed in the process.
January 26th
- Sgt. Alexei Ivanovich Voronin is transferred to the 2nd Guards Tank Army and uses a T-34 to push the German forces past the Oder River. The 2nd Guards Tank Army secured the town near the Oder river destroying the Flak 88 guns, and also destroying the Flakpanzer anti-aircraft gun.
February 2nd
- Sgt. Jack Evans and the British 6th Airborne Division destroy a German V2 Rocket base in Burgsteinfurt, Germany.
February 26th
- Cpl. Tod Gessinger and the North Shore Regiment fights their way to Keppeln, Germany.
March 24th
- Cpl. Bill Taylor and the 2nd Ranger Battalion reach Wallendar, Germany and defeat the German forces.
- Pvt. Brian Preston and the 6th Airborne Division and crosses the Rhine at Hamminkeln, Germany.
April 3rd
- PO Locke and his PBY Catalina attacks a convoy of Japanese transport ships off Okinawa, flying back to the fleet when they come under attack by Japanese Zeros, rescuing sailors whose ships had been destroyed by Japanese Kamikazes.
April 7th
- Lt. Chuck Walker leads an attack to capture the bridge at Remagen.
April 18th
- After being captured in a previous engagement, Pvt. Dimitri Petrenko is rescued by Sgt. Reznov and Chernov. Pvt. Dimitri Petrenko participates in the attack on Seelow Heights. Pvt. Dimitri Petrenko later is given control of a T-34 tank and destroys enemy Panzer tanks, as well as a communications antenna and reaches a train station. Here Pvt. Dimitri Petrenko, Sgt. Reznov and Chernov board a train heading toward the outskirts of Berlin.
April 23rd
- Sgt. Reznov and Pvt. Dimitri Petrenko attack the Berlin suburb of Pankow, Germany and destroy the defending force, including those in the asylum, and reaches Berlin.
April 24th
- Pvt. Dimitri Petrenko and his squad continues the attack in Berlin and fight from building to building. Pvt. Dimitri Petrenko and his squad attack the Germans hiding in the Metro under, and drive them out. In a desperate move the Germans flood the Metro.
April 30th
- After escaping the flooding of the Metro, Pvt. Dimitri Petrenko and his squad fight their way to the Reichstag, where Pvt. Dimitri Petrenko destroys the Flak 88s preventing the tanks from getting closer. Once inside the Reichstag Pvt. Dimitri Petrenko and Sgt. Reznov eliminate the remaining German Waffen SS, and fly the Soviet flag over the roof. Chernov is severely burned by a German flamethrower and is presumably killed. Reznov, Dimitri, and their squad continue to push into the Reichstag and ultimately reach the roof; Dimitri goes to place the flag but is injured by a hiding SS. Reznov rushes in and kills the SS, cuts down the Nazi flag, and helps Dimitri place the Soviet flag. The Allies achieve Victory in Europe.
- Sgt. Alexei Ivanovich Voronin and the Red Army fight their way to the Reichstag. In the process Sgt. Alexei Ivanovich Voronin eliminates multiple German soldiers, destroys Flak 88 guns and destroys and enemy Panzer. Sgt. Alexei Ivanovich Voronin and his squad reach the Reichstag where they raised the flag.
May 14th
- Pvt. C. Miller, Sgt. Roebuck, Pvt. Polonsky and a Marine Raiders squad attack the Japanese defenses on Wana Ridge, Okinawa.
May 29th
- Resupplied, Pvt. C. Miller and his squad attacks and captures Shuri Castle, the last main Japanese strong-hold on Okinawa. Either Sgt. Roebuck or Pvt. Polonsky (depending on the players choice) is killed in the process.
Sometime before September 10th
- American pilots of a downed B-17 are attacked by zombies somewhere in Germany.
September 10th
- Zombies are spotted in Berlin, Germany at the Wittenau Sanatorium. (Dempsey was one of the four Marines, and the only to escape.)
October 29th
- Cpt. Reznov and Dimitri Petrenko are ordered by General Nikita Dragovich to find a Nazi scientist Dr. Friedrich Steiner at a German V2 Rocket base in the Arctic Circle. The Russian squad eliminates the Germans and finds Dr. Friedrich Steiner. Dr. Friedrich Steiner then leads General Nikita Dragovich to the ship containing the Nova 6 prototype. Wanting to see the weapon's effects, General Nikita Dragovich has Dimitri Petrenko and his team killed in the "experiment." Cpt. Reznov, Tvelin, and Nevski escape when British SAS raid the ship. Tvelin is killed at some point during the combat. Cpt. Reznov and Nevski escape, but Cpt. Reznov is injured and recaptured.
Sometime after October 29th
- Viktor Reznov returns to Russia, where he is then imprisoned at Vorkuta.

- Zombies are spotted somewhere in the pacific at a Group 935 mining site for Element 115.
- Zombies are spotted near Breslau, Germany, at Der Riese, the main Group 935 experimental site.
- Tank Dempsey, Takeo Masaki, Nikolai Belinski, and Edward Richtofen travel through time in the MDT to some time after 1950, to another Group 935 experimental site presumably in Berlin, Germany at an abandoned theater.

- Tank Dempsey, Takeo Masaki, Nikolai Belinski, and Edward Richtofen use a lunar lander to get to a Soviet Cosmodrome in the USSR which was formerly under the control of the Ascension group but is now overrun by zombies.
1961
April 17th
- 0500: Alex Mason, Frank Woods, and Joseph Bowman meet with Carlos to discuss their part in the Bay of Pigs invasion. When the invasion begins later in the day, the three infiltrate Fidel Castro's mansion and assassinate him. During the escape, Alex Mason leaves the escape plane to eliminate a roadblock, and is captured by Lev Kravchenko and brought before Fidel Castro (the man killed was a double) and General Nikita Dragovich.
Between 1961-1963
- Alex Mason is brainwashed by Friedrich Steiner and General Nikita Dragovich. However, Alex Mason is unusually resistant to their attempts and General Nikita Dragovich labels the experiment a failure, sending Alex Mason back to the gulag. At sometime during Alex Mason's brainwashing,Viktor Reznov overwrites General Nikita Dragovich's instructions with his own; kill General Nikita Dragovich, Lev Kravchenko, and Friedrich Steiner.

- 1900: SOG XRAY arrives at the besieged MACV compound in Hue City to extract a Russian defector and his intel. Alex Mason believes that the defector is Viktor Reznov; he does not know that "Reznov" is only a hallucination produced by his brainwashing. Alex Mason,Frank Woods and Joseph Bowman escape Hue City.
February 4th
- Lev Kravchenko tests the Nova-6 gas on the local population of Vietnam and Laos . After this test, Lev Kravchenko reports its effects and orders Soviet agents to report success to Friedrich Steiner.
February 9th
- 1700: Jason Hudson and Grigori Weaver track down Dr. Daniel Clarke in Kowloon, Hong Kong and torture him for information. Dr. Daniel Clarke reveals he is affiliated with Project Nova. A Russian Spetsnaz team tracks them down, forcing a running gunfight. Dr. Daniel Clarke is killed before the team is extracted and right before he can tell Jason Hudson the significance of the numbers.
- Alex Mason and Frank Woods are shot down near the DMZ and flee their downed helicopter. They swim upriver and meet up with Bowman. The three eliminate a Viet Cong outpost. Alex Mason enters a rat tunnel and finds Lev Kravchenko's base and intel on the Nova-6 experiments. Alex Mason survives being buried alive when the base's rigged explosives detonate.
February 11th
- A Russian plane carrying Nova 6 is downed in Laos, and Alex Mason and his team are sent to find it and get intel. Riding upriver in a PBR, the team supports local American forces. The team lands on shore and fights both NVA and Spetsnaz forces. Finding the plane the team holds out until Russian helicopters incapacitate the team and General Nikita Dragovich captures them.
February 18th
- Jason Hudson and Grigori Weaver lead a team to infiltrate Mount Yamantau and to gain intel on Project Nova. They successfully infiltrate the Russian base with help from a SR-71. Finding their intel, the team quickly leave before the base is destroyed by an avalanche.
February 19th
- 1100: Alex Mason and Frank Woods escape captivity from the Viet Cong, but Joseph Bowman is killed before they can escape. Stealing a Russian Mi-24 "Hind", the pair wreaks havoc on the Ho Chi Minh Trail on their way to Col. Lev Kravchenko's compound. Inside, they free American POW's, including "Viktor Reznov." Col. Lev Kravchenko ambushes Alex Mason in his office, but Frank Woods stabs him in the back. Col. Lev Kravchenko pulls the pins on his grenades, and Frank Woods throws himself through the observation window with Col. Lev Kravchenko. Col. Lev Kravchenko is presumed KIA, while reason of doubt has been cast on Frank Woods' death.

February 24th
- Alex Mason goes rogue and infiltrates Rebirth Island in order to killFriedrich Steiner. He believes he is accompanied by "Viktor Reznov", and stands aside when "Viktor Reznov" executes Friedrich Steiner.
- Hudson and Weaver lead a team to the Nova 6 facility on Rebirth Island in the Aral Sea. Upon infiltrating, they receive a panicked distress call from Friedrich Steiner and find him just in time to watch Alex Mason declare "My name is Viktor Reznov! And I will have my revenge!" and shoot Friedrich Steiner. Alex Mason wounds Grigori Weaver before Jason Hudson incapacitates Alex Mason.
February 25th
- After hours of fierce interrogation, Alex Mason finally breaks down. Jason Hudson realizes he had been brainwashed into being a Soviet sleeper agent by General Nikita Dragovich, his programming had been sabotaged by Viktor Reznov in Vorkuta. Alex Mason reveals that the broadcast station General Nikita Dragovich is using to contact the other sleeper agents in the USA is a ship called "Rusalka," last seen docked in Cuba.
February 26th
- Alex Mason, Jason Hudson, and Grigori Weaver launch an all out assault on the "Rusalka," crippling the vessel. Assault teams find that the actual station is below the ship, on the sea floor. Wanting closure Alex Mason along with Jason Hudson, descend underwater to the station and stop the broadcast. Alex Mason confronts General Nikita Dragovich one more time and strangles him to death. Jason Hudson and Alex Mason escape the station before it is destroyed and regroup with Grigori Weaver and the CIA team on the surface.
Sometime after Febuary 26th
- Alex Mason, Jason Hudson, and Grigori Weaver flee to South Africa. They supposedly live undisturbed until 1978.

They are seen as potential threats to national security (Jason Hudson and Grigori Weaver are considered a threat due to Alex Mason's mental status and the fact that Jason Hudson and Grigori Weaver fled with him). CIA analyst Ryan Jackson is adviser. MI-6 provides an SAS operator named Jonathan (last name redacted). Grigori Weaver's niece, Kristina is supposed to play a major role in the operation: seducing Alex Mason. The specifics of the operation itself, including its success or failure, are currently unknown (and likely classified).

- Sgt. "Soap" MacTavish impresses Cpt. Price enough on his CQB test at Credenhill, England, and is put on Cpt. Price's team.
- Cpt. Price, Gaz, Sgt. "Soap" MacTavish, and the rest of the SAS team infiltrate an Estonian freighter in the Bering Sea, which is carrying nuclear material from the Ultranationalists to Al-Asad. Russian MiGs attack the freighter and it is sunk just after Cpt. Price, Gaz, Sgt. "Soap" MacTavish, and the rest of the SAS team escape.
- In a bloody coup d'état, Khaled Al-Asad takes over in a Middle Eastern country backed by Imran Zakhaev. Khaled Al-Asad executes President Al-Fulani.
October, Day 2
- Cpt. Price, Gaz, and Sgt. "Soap" MacTavish are infiltrated into the Caucasus Mountains, to rescue the informant Nikolai from Ultranationalist forces. They provide Sgt. Kamarov support for his attack on the village where Nikolai is being held.
- The helicopter carrying the Cpt. Price, Gaz, Sgt. "Soap" MacTavish and Nikolai is shot down by a SAM missile. The team continues on foot to a secondary extraction point, fighting through a large Ultranationalist force. They are supported by an AC-130H Spectre gunship, callsign Warhammer/Wildfire, until they were rescued.
- USMC(under command of Gen.Shepherd) forces invade Al-Asad's country leading an Coalition Force. In a coastal city Lt. Vasquez, SSgt. Griggs, Sgt. Paul Jackson and Marine forces are sent to extract Khaled Al-Asad from a TV station where he is supposedly recording. They find that Khaled Al-Asad is not at the TV station, and Khaled Al-Asad is still on the run.
October, Day 3
- Lt. Vasquez, SSgt. Griggs, Sgt. Paul Jackson and Marine forces break through to a disabled M1 Abrams tank codenamed "War Pig" stuck in a bog.
- After rescuing "War Pig" Lt. Vasquez, Sgt. Paul Jackson and Marine forces take on the OpFor with "War Pig" in support, hoping to drive Khaled Al-Asad's forces back to the capital city, where they would be surrounded. In the attack on the capital city, Khaled Al-Asad detonates a nuclear device killing 30,000 as well as Lt. Vasquez and Sgt. Paul Jackson. SSgt. Griggs survives due to him not being within the blast radius of the weapon.
October, Day 4
- Cpt. Price, Gaz, Sgt. "Soap" MacTavish and a SAS unit infiltrate into Azerbaijan to locate Khaled Al-Asad. They join up with a Loyalist unit which provides helicopter support. The SAS team succeeds in taking the village and the safehouse where Khaled Al-Asad is hiding. Cpt. Price interrogates Khaled Al-Asad to find out the origin of the nuclear device. Khaled Al-Asad's phone rings, and Cpt. Price answers it revealing Imran Zakhaev to be behind the whole plot. Cpt. Price then executes Khaled Al-Asad.
- Eight hours after Khaled Al-Asad's death, Ultranationalist forces attack the village where the SAS team are held up. After holding off and breaking through the brutal assault, the Cpt. Price, Gaz, Sgt. "Soap" MacTavish and the SAS unit is rescued by a team of Marines lead by SSgt. Griggs.
October, Day 5
- The combined SAS/USMC team infiltrates into Southern Russia, to find Victor Zakhaev, Imran Zakhaev's son, and get intel on Imran Zakhaev's motives and whereabouts. With the aid of the Loyalist Sgt. Kamarov and his unit, Cpt. Price, Gaz, Sgt. "Soap" MacTavish,SSgt. Griggs and a combined SAS/USMC team disguises itself as Ultranationalist troops. The ambush succeeds but Victor Zakhaev flees on foot. Sgt. "Soap" MacTavish and SSgt. Griggs chase after him, until Victor Zakhaev reaches the top of a derelict building's roof. With no way to escape, Victor Zakhaev commits suicide, rather than surrender.
October, Day 6
- 0619: Imran Zakhaev delivers an ultimatum to the US and British forces in Russia; or risk a nuclear attack. A team consisting of Cpt. Price, Gaz, Sgt. "Soap" MacTavish, SSgt. Griggs and a combined SAS/USMC force lands in the Altay Mountains in Russia to recapture an ICBM facility held by Ultranationalist forces. However, SSgt. Griggs is separated in the drop and captured. Cpt. Price, Gaz, and Sgt. "Soap" MacTavish successfully rescue SSgt. Griggs and continue the mission. En route to the ICBM facility, two RT-2UTTH Topol-M ICBMs, each containing four 100 kiloton nuclear warheads, are launched at the Eastern Coast of the US.
- 0716: Bravo Team fights through the heavily-guarded perimeter of the ICBM launch facility and enters through the ventilation shafts.
- 0735: Bravo Team fights through the facility to gain control of the control room, where Sgt. "Soap" MacTavish successfully enters the self-destruct codes to destroy the ICBMs in flight. The team flees as more enemy troops approach. The chase is stopped when a Mi-24 "Hind" helicopter destroys a bridge, trapping the team. A fuel truck explodes, incapacitating most of the team. SSgt. Griggs is killed in the firefight. As the team lies vulnerable on the bridge Imran Zakhaev arrives to make sure they are all dead. However, Loyalist forces led by Sgt. Kamarov destroy the Mi-24 "Hind", distracting Imran Zakhaev long enough for Cpt. Price to throw Sgt. "Soap" MacTavish his M1911, which he uses to kill Imran Zakhaev and his two guards. Sgt. Kamarov arrives to rescue Sgt. "Soap" MacTavish, but is to late to save Gaz who was execute by Imran Zakhaev, or, as it appears, Cpt. Price.
Between 2011 and 2016
- Vladimir Makarov, Imran Zakhaev's protege, becomes the new head of the Russian Ultranationalist Party, and commits various acts of terrorism. Vladimir Makarov also begins working with the black market arms dealer Alejandro Rojas.
- The Russian Ultranationalist Party defeats the Russian Loyalist Party, both militarily and politically, effectively ending the Second Russian Civil War.
- Imran Zakhaev is turned into a martyr for Russia , and a statue is built in his memory.
- Capt. John Price is listed as M.I.A. and is incarcerated in a Russian Gulag for several years.
- John "Soap" MacTavish is promoted to Captain.
- The international Task Force 141 is created, consisting of American, Canadian, British, and Australian forces. Amongst its special force members, include U.S. Army Rangers, U.S. Navy SEALs, and British SAS, as well as intelligence gathering from undercover agencies such as the CIA. It also includes veterans of the events of 2011, such as Captain MacTavish. American General Shepherd is the overall commander of Task Force 141.
- The recently defeated OpFor rebuilds its numbers and equipment, regains its power and confidence, and invades Afghanistan.

- Sarah Michelle Gellar, Danny Trejo, Robert Englund and Michael Rooker are attacked by zombies, including George A. Romero in Siberia.

April, Day 1
- PFC. Joseph Allen helps Sgt. Foley train Afghan troops at Firebase Phoenix in Afghanistan.
- PFC. Joseph Allen and the U.S. Army Rangers take a town in Afghanistan against the OpFor. General Shepherd hand-picks PFC. Joseph Allen to be reassigned to the CIA.
Sometime past April Day 1
- Sgt. Foley, Cpl. Dunn, Pvt. James Ramirez and the rest of the 1st Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment is rotated out of Afghanistan, and return home to the United States.
April, Day 2
- Captain MacTavish and Sgt. Gary "Roach" Sanderson infiltrate a Russian airbase in the Tian Shan mountains of Kazakhstan. They retrieve data from an ACS module that fell into Russian hands and escape on snowmobiles when they are compromised.
April, Day 3
- 08:41 The Zahkaev International Airport Massacre. Vladimir Makarov, three of his men, and undercover CIA agent, Pvt. Joseph Allen, aka "Alexei Borodin", slaughter civilians in Terminal 4 of Zakhaev International Airport. Pvt. Joseph Allen is compromised by Vladimir Makarov and killed. The FSB recovers the body of "Alexei Borodin" and later identify him as Joseph Allen, CIA.
April, Day 4
- After receiving intel to link Alejandro Rojas to Vladimir Makarov, Task Force 141 journeys to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to interrogate him. Sgt. Gary "Roach" Sanderson disables Rojas' assistant. Afterward, Captain MacTavish and Simon "Ghost" Riley interrogate him while the rest of the team chases Alejandro Rojas into the favela. Meat and Royce are killed, leaving Sgt. Gary "Roach" Sanderson to follow Alejandro Rojas. Captain MacTavish successfully captures Alejandro Rojas by jumping him from a window.
- In response to what they believe to be an American-supported terrorist attack, Russia attacks the United States, starting the Russo-American War, and invades the East Coast. Private James Ramirez of the U.S. Army Rangers under Sgt. Foley helps locate and protect an HVI codenamed "Raptor" in Northeastern Virginia while also defending against the invading Russians.
- Task Force 141 escapes Rio de Janiero from some 200 Militia with the help of Nikolai, Roach barely makes it when he slipped and fell off a roof on the way to the Pavelow. With Alejandro Rojas' info, they learn that the person Vladimir Makarov hates the most is being held in a gulag in Russia. General Shepherd sends TF141 along with the 6th Fleet and the U.S. Navy SEALS to retrieve him.
- Through the streets of Northeastern Virginia, Private James Ramirez, Sgt. Foley, Cpl. Dunn and the US Army Rangers, aided by an IAV Stryker codenamed "Honey Badger," assist the civilian evacuations whilst neutralizing anti-air guns and more Russian personnel as well as locating General Shepherd's (dead) HVI.
April, Day 5
- On Vikhorevka 36 Oil Platform near the coast of Russia, Captain MacTavish, Sgt. Gary "Roach" Sanderson, Simon "Ghost" Riley of Task Force 141, aided by the U.S. Navy SEALS, rescues hostages as the USMC disable SAM sites.
- 40 miles East of Petropavlosk, Russia, with the help of the U.S. Navy, Captain MacTavish, Sgt. Gary "Roach" Sanderson, Simon "Ghost" Riley and Task Force 141 extracts Prisoner #627 (Capt. Price) from the Gulag.
- As the war rages in the capital city of Washington, D.C., Private James Ramirez, Sgt. Foley, Cpl. Dunn and US Army Rangers defend the Washington Monument evacuation site from the fifth floor of the Dept. of Commerce. Private James Ramirez, Sgt. Foley, and Cpl. Dunn are evacuated but are shot down by a massive SAM battery at the Department of Justice. At the crashed UH-60 Black Hawk they make their last stand against a flood of attacking Russian soldiers.
- Capt. Price leads Task Force 141 to infiltrate a Russian submarine base docked 14 miles SSE of Petropavlosk, Russia. Capt. Price launches an ICBM and detonates it in the atmosphere over the U.S. East Coast as an EMP that cripples both the US and Russian Military, unintentionally ensuring the survival of Private James Ramirez, Sgt. Foley, Cpl. Dunn and US Army Rangers in Washington, D.C. and gives the edge back to the Americans.
- General Shepherd receives a blank check from the U.S. Secretary of Defense while in a bunker underneath the Colorado mountains, securing anything he needs to kill Vladimir Makarov.
- 19:28 - Private James Ramirez, Sgt. Foley, Cpl. Dunn and the US Army Rangers, saved by Price's EMP, cut through the Eisenhower Building and retake Whiskey Hotel (the White House).
April, Day 6
- Captain MacTavish and Capt. Price hunt for Vladimir Makarov in Kandahar, Afghanistan, while Sgt. Gary "Roach" Sanderson, Simon "Ghost" Riley and the rest of Task Force 141 look for him at a safehouse at the Georgia-Russia border.
- Sgt. Gary "Roach" Sanderson and Simon "Ghost" Riley, having not found Vladimir Makarov at his safehouse, copy files from Vladimir Makarov's computer. Sgt. Gary "Roach" Sanderson and Simon "Ghost" Riley defend the house from Ultranationalist forces, and then head for the extraction point, but both are betrayed and killed by General Shepherd, who starts his own, personal war to eliminate proof of his actions. Sgt. Gary "Roach" Sanderson and Simon "Ghost" Riley's bodies are burned.
- Captain MacTavish and Capt. Price are attacked by General Shepherd's Shadow Company as well as Vladimir Makarov's men. A three-way battle ensues as Capt. Price reveals General Shepherd's betrayal to Vladimir Makarov, who reveals the whereabouts of Site Hotel Bravo to Price, General Shepherd's base in Afghanistan. Captain MacTavish and Capt. Price escape in a jeep on board Nikolai's plane.
- Captain MacTavish and Capt. Price, are declared wanted war criminals, and a global manhunt begins for the two.
- Vladimir Makarov goes into hiding.
April, Day 7
- John "Soap" MacTavish and John Price infiltrate Site Hotel Bravo in Afghanistan, and chase after General Shepherd, culminating in a dive over a waterfall.
- John "Soap" MacTavish attempts to take down General Shepherd but is stabbed in the chest. John Price attacks General Shepherd in a hand-to-hand battle. John Price begins to lose the edge until John "Soap" MacTavish hurls a Throwing Knife into General Shepherd's left eye, killing him. Nikolai arrives in a Little Bird and rescues the two. Now labeled as international fugitives, they go into hiding.
