The President of the United States is an unidentified individual heard in the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 mission "Iron Lady" that discusses the location of Volk with Overlord. He later gives a speech announcing peace between the U.S. and Russia at the White House Rose Garden during the opening cutscene of "Dust to Dust".
Trivia
- He is the only U.S. President to appear in the Modern Warfare series, and he is the 5th President (3rd President of the United States) to appear in the Call of Duty series, with the first four being Yasir Al-Fulani, John F. Kennedy, Richard Nixon, and Boris Vorshevsky respectively.
