It allows the player to aim the weapon faster, similar to the perk Quickdraw. The Quickdraw Handle is available for assault rifles, submachine guns, light machine guns and shotguns. It decreases the time taken to aim down the sights by 50% on submachine guns, 40% on assault rifles and shotguns, and 25% on light machine guns.
In the campaign, this attachment is replaced by the perk Quickdraw, which takes effect on all weapons.
The attachment returns in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare as the Quickdraw Grip. It decreases ADS time by 50%, and is unlocked after getting 10 headshots kills. With the STG-44, AK-47 and M16, the Quickdraw Grip is unlocked after getting 70 kills while aiming down the sights, while with the Blunderbuss, it only requires getting 10 normal kills.
The Quickdraw Handle (simply referred to as "Quickdraw") appears in Call of Duty: Black Ops III, available as an attachment for every class of weaponry (excluding sniper rifles and launchers). Like the majority of attachments in the game, the appearance of the Quickdraw Handle changes depending on the attached weapon; despite this, the default look is simply a rubberized grip.
The Quickdraw returns in COD: Mobile, available for ARs, SMGs, and LMGs.
The Quickdraw is also featured as an attachment in the Battle Royale Mode in different levels depending on colour. The golden quickdraw features an added ability in which aiming down sights (ADS) while running grants your character the ability to run faster for between 10 to 20 seconds. However,in between, there is a cooldown before being able to use this ability again.
This is particularly good for both being able to escape enemies or else using it in battle while fighting enemies.
