Ranked Mode is a gametype in Call of Duty: Mobile. Players compete in "Seasons" that last for 2 months (two Battle Pass Seasons), playing a variety of gametypes, and paired with other players of the same ranks. It is similar to Ranked Play and League Play, though it does not have any weapon, perk or scorestreak restrictions.

Overview[]

When playing in Ranked Mode, the player is placed in a "Rank". Depending on the player's performance, they can be promoted or demoted to different Rank. Each ranks have five different tiers, from I (lowest) to V (highest), each section requires an amount of Rank XP earned in matches to proceeds to next section. As the player procceds to higher ranks, they can unlock rewards, such as Weapon Blueprints, Soldiers, and crates.

If players leave a multiplayer match in progress, the game will subtract Rank XP from that player and they be banned from playing Ranked Mode. The initial ban is 5 minutes, but it can extend depending on the amount of matches that the player leaves, resulting in more subtraction of points. Remaining players will be rewarded 25 Rank XP as well as a "Consolation Prize" crate. This is not present in Battle Royale.

All rewards obtained from Ranked Mode will be sent to the Mailbox.

Maps and Modes[]

Multiplayer[]

Maps[]

Ranked Mode features a set of maps that rotates every season. If a player is at Pro rank or above, the player may vote for one of the 2 maps picked randomly from the map pool.

Modes[]

Ranked generally remains with a base number of modes, and players can queue for all of them at once. However, some modes may be added in for a limited time, rewarding extra Rank XP. The base modes can be changed at the developer's discretion.

Battle Royale[]

In BR, the player earns Ranked XP passively, and can be matched up with players of any rank in a game. Limited-time modes, such as Warfare or Ground War: Skirmish do not earn Ranked XP. However, modes like Alcatraz, Tank Battle, and Sniper Royale can all earn Ranked XP. Modes that can earn Ranked XP will have the Rank of the player displayed in the top left corner.
