The Rat King's Heart is a Wonder Weapon that replaces the player's lethal grenades in the map Shaolin Shuffle. It can be obtained after fighting the Rat King for the third time in one match.
When used, all zombies that the player is close to explode in a swarm of rats. Like the Hell's Retriever, the heart can be used an infinite amount of times, so long as it is not on its cooldown.
